The middle living floor has a custom open-concept kitchen with granite bar, hi-top seating, dining and breakfast tables. Every floor has its own bathroom. The bedroom floors each have a full bathroom with shower-tub, and the middle floor has a fully custom 3/4 bathroom. The house is WiFi enabled throughout, and there’s a living room with a smart TV and Roku on every floor, and a ping pong table on the ground level so no-one is ever short of space for leisure.

Outside there’s a huge patio with a stainless gas grill, a Big Green Egg, and tons of seating for the annual lobster bake and family cookout. In the yard there’sk a firepit for cooking s’mores and telling scary stories before bed. Lastly, we know you’ll be going to the beach so there’s an outdoor shower station, a mudroom for bathing-suits and towels, a large beach locker full of chairs and beach-toys, and a dedicated laundry room for washing off the dirty duds.
